Another Dining Experience at Mr Kurosawa

Mr Kurosawa opened last February 12, 2009, its first branch was located at the ground floor of the Eastwood Mall in Libis, Quezon City. A dining fusion project inspired by the late Japanese Directory, Akira Kurosawa was introduced with a twist of French-Japanese items like tempura or gyoza souflaits, steaks and fine wines; Greek-Japanese items like Japanese kebabs and salads; Spanish-Japanese items like the japaella; and Italian-Japanese items such as pastas and pizza. And this is complemented with traditional Japanese favourites such as kobe, teriyaki, tempura, donburi, sushi and sashimi.

It was my first time to visit Mr Kurosawa, this time at their second home at Newport Mall, Resorts World Manila. Wondering what was this fusion all about, I've browsed their menu and found out new items:

KATSU
1. Fish Katsu
2. Shrimp Katsu
3. Ebi Katsu with Wasabi Mango Mayo
4. Tonkatsu Torikatsu

TEA
1. Red Angel (Strawberry Yakult Milk Tea) - we got confused on the first straweberry milktea that was served to us. finally we got to differentiate it with other strawberry yakult milk tea. a must have!
2. White Forest (Winter Melon Milk Tea)
3. Rhapsody in Spring (Matcha Milk Tea)

CHICKEN
1. Last Samurai Chicken Wings
