Pre-Birthday Weekend in Tagaytay
March is one of my favorite month. This weekend is full of adventure and this is where I usually begins to celebrate my birthday. My birthday wishlist is to visit some places like in Tagaytay (my chosen destination).
My first stop is to visit Pink Sisters of Tagaytay (The Convent of Divine Mercy). In this sacred place, we will see our nuns dressed in pink and I offered a prayer by writing it on a sheet of paper which the nuns will read it infront of the altar. To keep the ambiance solemn, cameras and phones are not allowed to use inside the church. So, I took some photos outside.
Next to visit is the Church of our Mother of Perpetual Help, located near Keni Po (few blocks from Picnic Grove). I've attended the Sunday mass. The church is in the middle of the parking lot and you will see vehicles coming inside.
Outside Taal Vista Hotel. I'm waiting for Sky Fun Amusement Park at Sky Ranch to open so I've decided to walk around nearby Taal Vista Hotel and took my brunch at Mc Donalds wherein I enjoyed free wifi! :)
Sky Ranch is one of the newest attraction in Tagaytay wherein you will enjoy outdoor activities such as horseback riding and mini-amusement park. You can also check out several food concessionaire. What I loved most in this place is the view of Taal Volcano. A perfect place for your family, friends and work colleagues - make yourself comfortable with several gazebos best for picnic.
One of the great attraction is the Ferris Wheel on the cliff, SkyEye is said to be the tallest ferries wheel in the country today. For Php150/ride. Maybe I should try this soon. I'm afraid of heights, LOL
To wrap things up, I should say I'm like a kid enjoying inside the amusement park.
I even joked that there are two things missing on that day: holding a pink balloon and eating ice cream :)
It was really hot yesterday so you have to wear sunblock and bring your shades, umbrellas and caps.
