I have been craving for "Chicken Inasal," good timing - we went to Bacolod Chicken Haus located in N Lincoln ave in Chicago.

Chicken Inasal is one a of the most popular dish in the Philippines (in Bacolod specifically). I remembered during my lunch break I usually go to Mang Inasal because the food is very affordable and unli rice :)

Bacolod Chicken Haus in Chicago is very comfy. Feels like home. Maskaras were displayed that adds color to the venue. People were patiently waiting for their turn because the venue is fullybooked on that time.

We ordered the Salo salo Platter for 4 People $50:
inihaw na pusit
2 chicken inasal
1 inihaw na baboy
1 inihaw na tangigue
4 garlic rice

The verdict:
All of them were sooooo mouthwatering since I have been craving for inihaw!

Plus: we had halo-halo and mais con yelo as desserts. Simply the best!

Next time, we will try the 'boodle' menu. I took the photo from the other side of the table.
